TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders
The Buyer shall be responsible to CQB Target Systems for the accuracy of all orders. The Buyer’s orders are subject to CQB Target Systems acceptance and clearance of funds before shipment. There is a Minimum Order of 20 Targets by either Individuals or Clubs for any one purchase. Targets will be supplied to all Customers as assorted targets until advised by CQB Target Systems through our Website.
Prepayment
Prepayment is required on all orders placed by Individuals or Clubs. All Pre-Payments must include shipping and handling charges and are subject to a 28 Day Delivery Schedule for Stands and 14 Days delivery for all Combat Targets.
Items are manufactured to order (please see returns policy). We accept Direct Payments through our Secure Website, however should customers wish to purchase goods by Cheque or Postal Order (UK Only) please make your cheque payable to: CQB Target Systems, and then mail to:

You will then receive an acknowledgement of your purchase. All goods are only dispatched upon clearance of payment.
Carriage & Shipping Conditions
CQB Target Systems Limits any individual consignment to the following weight restrictions per box: Please be aware that larger Shipments may consist of more than one consignment box and may arrive at separate times.
30 kilos is our Maximum Consignment Weight per box, however if orders exceed 50 kg then carriage will be calculated at the appropriate rate.
Targets are packaged and shipped separately. Customers ordering both Stands and Targets are required to add their respective Carriage Charges together.
Delivery – United Kingdom and Europe
Delivery of goods shall be to the Buyer’s Residential or Business Address in the UK only (with Post Code) as notified to CQB Target Systems. If your order originates from the Euro Zone please ensure that your address details are correct and that you include any Zip Code for your exact location.
CQB Target Systems may deliver in advance of quoted delivery dates. Orders are normally manufactured within 28 from acceptance of order (in the event that your order is delayed due to Manufacturing Schedules you will be advised as soon as possible by email. Customers will also be contacted by email in advance of expected delivery time for their respective shipment.
All customers should ensure that they are able to accept delivery of their respective shipments to avoid returns to the United Kingdom. CQB Target Systems can track your order from dispatch and advise you of expected delivery.
CQB Target Systems currently only ship to the following Countries within the European Union:-
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal.
When estimating delivery times for your shipments please be advised that you will need to add additional estimated Transit Road Haulage times as below on top of the manufacturing schedule of 28 days:

Stock Availability
CQB Target Systems hold a specific quantity of Shooting Stands as stock. In the event that we are able to ship your order to you in advance of our normal delivery schedules customers will be advised by email as soon as possible.
Important Information About Deliveries UK and Europe
All Customers must ensure that once advised of delivery that you are available to accept their respective shipment, specifically in the European Countries indicated below:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal
Returns and Exchanges
Targets or Stands are not returnable under any conditions due to nature of their use. All stands are manufactured directly to order. All Goods will be free of defects in materials or workmanship at delivery. In the unlikely event of a problem customers should advise CQB Target Systems by email immediately. All reasonable steps will be made to resolve any problems experienced by our customers. Any product returned needs to be shipped to CQB Target Systems within 7 days of receipt and only in an unused condition (subject to a 20% re-stocking fee) and only by prior approval of CQB Target Systems by email.
Cancellation Handling Charges – 24hr Cancellation Policy
All Target Stands are manufactured directly to your specific order. Customers are advised that there is a 10% non refundable handling charge which is payable after receipt of your order via our website if you decide to cancel your order after 24hrs of your initial payment to CQB Target Systems.
CQB Target Systems must be advised of your cancellation by email within 24hrs of your initial order. This handling charge is non refundable after 24hrs due to production advice to our Engineers. Any refund due to cancellation will be processed within 30 days.
Target Stands are manufactured directly to our your order, this therefore becomes a Contract between CQB and our customers.
